Pros: Flott leilighet med parkeringsplass og mulighet for gratis lading av elbil. Pent og nytt møblement, stor TV. I andre etasje finnes bad, og mot et tillegg kan jacuzzi på terrassen benyttes.

Cons: Har egentlig ikke lyst til å påpeke noe som helst da leilighet var helt topp. Det er et forbedringspotensiale ved å lydisolering og lyddenmende dør i trappeoppgangen nede i plan 1
