Lovely cottage with amazing views

Pros: The cottage was brilliant, cozy, charming, had character (as described) It was well-appointed, kitchen utensils, duvets, bedclothers, towels... all great. The location and the view were lovely. The owner helpful. Skiing nearby - more description of where, how close etc, would be helpful...

Cons: DISCLAIMER: *This is wholehearted criticism of Global Rental Hub - and NOT the owner, Bjørn - although maybe he should consider using a different company * The cottage was almost impossible to find late at night (in -20 degrees after a 12 hour journey by car and ferry) as Google Maps lead to the wrong address !!! The agency, Global Rental Hub, that the owner employs: 1. Did not send a confirmation message or email with the code for the key box. (I then received a message on booking saying they didn't have my email. Made no sense whatsoever). 2. Did not answer the phone at midnight (should be 24/24) when we could not find the cabin. Huge failing. Extremely frustrating. Potentially holiday ruining experience. Luckily (and coincidentally) for us, the owner was in situ in the larger of the two cabins, so he was able to help us out. Had he not been there, even when we did find the house, we would not have been able to enter the property. The owner said this had earlier been a problem (change agency?) and was again going to be corrected - hopefully.

Guter Ort für Ausflüge, ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene, nur ein Trocken-WC.

Pros: Zentraler Ort für verschiedene Ausflüge. Infrastruktur (Einkauf, Autoladung) in sehr guter Nähe. Unterkunft für zwei erwachsene Personen sehr gut (für mehr eher nicht). Ausstattung insgesamt in Ordnung.

Cons: Es gibt nur ein Trocken-WC.
