Great house, with good furnishing and equipment. Fell at home. Bit long to reach

Pros: Very beautiful house, well equipped. Far from village center, half the way up the mountain but no view. Inside, is very well furnished and equipped. I felt at home.

Cons: Location. It's a bit too far out the village, with no reason. Do not forget to buy milk before going up. It will not be easy to have any up there.

Beautiful renovated home, very comfortable with lots of amenities and amazing views!

Pros: This home was beautiful. We were provided with check in info via email/app and were able to check in early. The host answered question prior to our stay to assist with what I needed to pack. The kitchen was fully stocked, we did laundry during our stay and the host let us pick flowers from the garden to create a beautiful bouquet for our sons wedding in Aurland.

Cons: We did not know about the narrow windy road to get to the property, but the road was not busy, only locals and no real traffic to contend with.

A very quiet & cozy place

Pros: The house is well facilitated with a lot of kitchen wares. The whole house is very cozy.

Cons: It’s located quite a distance from the city. After parking the car, the short path to the house is sandy which makes us difficult to bring our luggages.

A lovely stay at a traditional Norwegian house high up in the mountains.

Pros: The location was absolutely fabulous with regards to the views from the house. The house itself is very well maintained with a very clean bathroom. It was so nice to stay in what I would imagine is a traditional Norwegian house. I would say that I had not realised just how high in the mountain the house is, and that it is accessed via a very steep single track mountain road. This should be made clear when advertising the house.

Pros: Very comfortable and cosy house, with great facilities. Stunning views.

Cons: The winding road leading to the house is rather narrow - a test of wits and driving skill. But the view and house more than compensated for it.

Cons: The road to the house was a bit scarey to start with, as the night we arrived was very foggy, but did get used to it

Pros: Large house and very comfortable - recently renovated and very tastefully decorated. Nice kitchen with all amenities, same with bathroom - the jacuzzi is bliss after a long day of hiking. Excellent wifi, too. Great view from the living room - mountains, waterfalls.

Cons: Further away / high from Flam, in exchange I guess you get the views. Found it somewhat pricey but won't complain too much. Neither TV or radio is working

Pros: The view was spectacular and the deck was large and comfortable. Overall it was wonderful.

Cons: The location was breathtaking. However, people should note that it is up a very steep, switchback, one-lane two-way traffic road that was buckled and uneven in places. Not for those who are afraid of heights.
