Very enjoyable experience.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome indeed. Great pizza in the evening and coffee in the cafe in the morning. Beautiful mountain behind the property. A great place to stay on our travels through Norway. A personal touch.

Cons: Room was a little small.

Pros: Amazing value breakfast! Comfortable bed and good shower. Handy location. Great for an overnight stopover. Glad we didn't have suitcases to carry through the restaurant and up the steep stairs to the first floor. It was very good value for money and the staff made us feel very welcome. We could park our car easily on the street outside. There was a shared fridge outside our room that we could put our food for the next day in.

Cons: Bathroom badly needs renovating which they plan to do over winter

Cannot recommend highly enough.

Pros: A place full of character in the centre of Stryn. Rooms not huge, but comfortable. Great restaurant and food in the restaurant below. Could not get more hospitable host and his staff. Free parking very close by.

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff. We have been provided with useful information and hints about what was worth to be seen and visiting. The room is located on the 1st floor. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Our stay wasn't at the weekend so there wasn't noisy there. Good for a short stop when exploring Norway . Very good breakfast 👌

Pros: Lovely and cozy old building, definitely worth staying and also dining (good vegetarian options btw)! Super nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended, just note that it is not an average hotel but something different.

Cons: The breakfast is not a buffet, but à la carte. The only thing I was missing was an option to have a yoghurt bowl with toppings. All the options were either bread or egg based, so a lighter one would be nice to have. The breakfast could start earlier and/or the check-out could be a little bit later.

Pros: The most friendly and accommodating staff we had on our entire roadtrip! The rooms, located right above the cafe/restaurant, felt more like a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. Cute, charming, and clean, perfect for one or two nights while exploring the area. Breakfast was included (and really large and delicious), and we got to pick anything we wanted off their breakfast menu.

Cons: Extra pillows would be nice!
