Koselig liten leilighet med fin plassering.

Pros: Veldig praktisk liten leiligheten med koselig balkong. Leiligheten ligger inntil en liten park og veldig kort vei til NTNU og grei avstand til sentrum.

Cons: Det var noe dårlig renhold etter tidligere leietaker.
