Clean, spacious and cozy apartment

Pros: The apartment is within walking distance from the train and bus station, and shopping streets and the famous Bryggen. There are 2 supermarkets nearby.

Perfect for city break

Pros: Good communication before we arrived. Perfect base for city break. Very well equipped. Particularly enjoyed the bacony with mountain views.

Cons: We're a pair of oldies, so like propper chairs. But our children all have lounge furniture similar to that in the apartment .... the problem is us, not the hosts

Very well maintained apartment close to the centre of Bergen

Pros: Excellent location. Clean and with everything you will need to self cater. Easy walking distance to No. 1 light rail to the airport. Walking distance to the docks and market.

Cons: Nothing.

Central apartment with balcony and mountain view

Pros: Our apartment was located on the top floor and had a balcony with a nice view. It was sunny so we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The apartment was well cleaned. It is located 7 minutes from the KODE museum. We parked in the garage of the Grieghalle, 5 minutes distance 25 Euro per day. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for cooking (made our own dinner twice). Just switch off the cooking alarm in time...it reacts to steam and heat and then switches off the stove top.

Cons: Overall very nice apartment, but the drain in the bathroom started to smell. Also be careful if you are traveling with small children when opening the bottom window in the bedroom. The window is at floor level and is not secured against falling.

Pros: The location is great near the train station. There is a groceries store right down the street and a few cafe/restaurants nearby.

Cons: The lights in the apartment are quite dim.

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: The property was lovely and warm on arrival. Beds lovely and comfy. Black out blinds throughout. Good location, quiet neighbourhood- only 7 minutes walk from city centre.

Cons: One bathroom wasn’t great for a family of 5 with teens. Weirdly the only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom. They could defiantly do with a mirror in each bedroom. Towel hooks in the bathroom were useless so towels kept falling on the ground.
