Cosy, affordable stay in a great location in walking distance from centre

Pros: Great accommodation in a great location. Nice and simple entry into the apartment. Was very affordable for Norway prices too! Was the perfect base for us after two nights of camping in the Fjords. Would recommend!

Cons: Tea/Coffee would be a nice little touch but it's not a deal breaker!

Pros: The location was perfect. Easy walking distance for everthing. The driver Ruben who collected us from the airport was excellent, great knowledge and really helpful.

Cons: Limited cooking equipment.

Cozy apartment for a city visit

Pros: The apartment is freshly renovated and very modern. Its located close to the city.

Well located! But a bit compact.

Pros: Very conveniently located, short walk to the harbour and town centre.

Cons: The bedrooms were very compact, not enough place to keep our luggage. Hence had to keep them in the living room. Please provide towel and clothes hangers in the bathroom and bedroom.

Pros: The property was very clean, beds comfortable and it was in a very central location.

Cons: The step down between the living room and bedroom but as we only stayed for 2 nights it was not a big deal.

Pros: Nice location near Bryggen. Close to all the necessary transportation there is. Close to shops. Close to groceries. In the less crowded part of the city.

Cons: Would be perfect if the place was soundproofed. That's the only takeaway. Neighbor stomps can be easily heard but shouldn't be an issue to a tired and sleepy traveler. I'd think twice booking this place if you're sensitive to stomping sounds in the evening.

Nice apartment for a short stay in the city

Pros: Clean apartment with comfortable beds and hotel-quality linen (serviced by a professional cleaning company). Modern and recently renovated. Great location, walking distance to the city center and supermarkets. Underfloor heating everywhere - we didn’t need it but it would be great in the winter. Coffee pod machine makes good coffee. Easy check-in, you receive a door code in advance. There is no key, just the code. Be careful when booking: we booked the option for an “apartment for 4 people” but I must have only been searching for 2 people when making the booking. Only one of the beds was made up when we checked in (there were 3 people). I messaged the owner and extra linen was promptly delivered, which was very good service. But make sure that you book for the correct number of guests.

Cons: The rooms are a bit small and cramped, especially the bathroom. The apartment feels smaller than the advertised 59 m2, six people would be quite a squeeze as there is not a lot of space to store food, luggage, and toiletries. Noisy upstairs neighbours. Occasional noise from the hallway and staircase wasn’t so much of a bother, but the footsteps from upstairs are quite loud. One night there were constant loud footsteps until almost 11 pm (probably from some kids), another night there was a party. A few things missing that would be great to have: a toaster in the kitchen, non-disposable tea towels to hand-dry dishes, hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels. There is no dryer in the apartment. It is advertised as a combi washer/dryer, but it isn’t. It only has a spin-dry cycle. It is not a tumble dryer and does not have a proper drying function (I looked through the user manual and looked up the model number online to confirm this). You need to hang your laundry to dry on coathangers in the wardrobe. The “tumble dryer” amenity should be removed from the listing.

Great value for money!

Pros: Fresh space with nice vibe, it was totally ok for 6 persons.

Cons: In the beginning there was no linen for the third bed, however, host reacted really quickly and made sure we have everything. The rooms are a bit small, but totally ok for one night

New look super cool! Great position only 5 min walk from Bryggen.

Pros: The apartment is cozy and well furnished. It is very nice! In addition the bed is very comfortable!

Cons: It isn’t acoustic isolated, and since our apartment was on the ground floor, we heard all the other guests walking in the hall and going upstairs. We were also able to hear them waking in the apartments on the 1st floor.

Need a little refinement Apartment

Pros: The apartment is on the ground floor & located in a nice neighbourhood. The bed is quite comfortable. Dishes and cookware are provided. A microwave, refrigerator, kettle, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and a washing machine are also provided.

Cons: Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bedroom was only enough for the bed and a small wardrobe. There are trash bins in front of the apartment, so I was a bit hesitant to open the windows for fear of the smell. The bathroom is very small, and there's no doormat, so I used my old t-shirt as a doormat. There's a washing machine, but it doesn't work well. Washed clothes don't dry, so I have to take them to the laundromat. There's a small space in the hallway leading to the bedroom, which is quite annoying because you have to constantly climb up and down the height difference to get to your room (not suitable for older people).
