Pros: Cleanliness, Location, views from windows, lots of windows for natural light, cozy bedrooms, and everything you think was there for you except toiletries.
Cons: Lots of steps to climb, water for bath was just luke worm not hot. Sofa in the hall was excessively soft

Pros: Great location - close to the city centre, but in a quiet street in a very typical neighbourhood. Excellent views from the apartment. I used to live in Bergen, so I know this town well, a perfect place to stay!

Pros: the location was perfect, really close to the city centre and the apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped!
Cons: there was a shortage on the outlets in the apartment and also there wasn’t a sponge and cleaning cloth in the kitchen! also it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and very narrow stairs so it made carrying the suitcases really hard -which is not the host’s fault, i’m just mentioning it for future reservations so people can be prepared!!

Very cozy, warm and comfortable, in a great location, with an excellent and very responsive host.
Pros: Location was excellent; apartment and layout were cozy; appliances were handy (washer/dryer, water kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hair dryer) view was good; kitchen and table extensions were very handy; our host was very responsive and helpful; welcome site link was very helpful; shops, parking and city centre all very nearby.
Cons: Hauling all suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was fine as we were prepared, but could be a real challenge if only staying for 1-2 nights or for elderly people; kitchen utensils and some of the furniture were a bit tired-looking, but functional; glassware and plates did not seem clean despite dishwasher, we had issues with the hot water system (limited amount, completely cut out one night). Considering space was limited, there was nowhere to unpack our things as all closet space was taken up with bedlinen and towels, some random personal items (backpack, clothes, etc…) were left in apartment, so precious floor space had to be taken up by suitcases.

Absolutely living up to the name, it really was cosy
Pros: The check in was very simple and the communication with host was great! We really liked the distance from the city centre and the apartment was very cosy. However, we had to set up the temperature a bit higher when we arrived because it was very cold in the apartment. There was everything we needed for few days stay and the towels were a great plus since we were travelling light. The tram stop is also really close. We also received a tourist guide from the host and it was very useful! Overall very pleasant communication, i definitely recommend!

Pros: Location was perfect. Just a short walk to city centre and Info Centre. Best communications we've had with any owner. Could not want for anymore facilities in the unit, so well equipped and spacious.
Cons: No lift but we managed with our luguage. We're in our mid 70's.

Perfectly placed apartment
Pros: The location is perfect - 10 minutes' walk from the town centre. The apartment is really well kept with comfortable furnishings and a great kitchen. There's a view over the water as well.
Cons: Just be aware it is at the top of 3 narrow steep flights of stairs. No issue for us but if you have mobility/confidence concerns, I'd choose an alternative place to stay.

Pros: posizione comodissima!!! è stata molto apprezzata la piastra per capelli (solitamente inusuale che la mettano a disposizione), divano super comodo, la cucina perfettamente attrezzata, tv grande, tantissimi oggetti a disposizione (ombrelli, varietà di cuscini, lenzuola, asciugamani)

Pros: Очень понравилась локация, квартира светлая, новая, хорошая планировка, нам с другом из посуды всего хватало, чистая постель, полотенец в достаточном количестве, что для нас стало большим плюсом, так как мы не первый раз арендуем апартаменты в Бергене на выходные и часто сталкивались с проблемой полотенец, это даже не проблема, это катастрофа, но у вас все было прекрасно, для нас это значит качественный сервис, когда у тебя есть полотенце для рук, под ноги при выходе из душа, для тела и в моем случае еще для волос и это даёт комфорт и вызывает восторг в отличии от других предложений, где у тебя 1 или в лучшем случае 2 полотенца и тебе надо планировать, когда мыть голову, когда принимать душ и какую сторону использовать для рук, а какую для лица. Придерживайтесь этого сервиса и для ваших гостей вы станете номер 1.
Cons: Из небольших технических моментов: – при заселении возникла проблема с доступом — был указан неверный код. Однако мы не придали этому большого значения, и ситуация была решена без серьёзного негатива. Хозяин быстро отреагировал на звонок, очень извинялся и решил этот вопрос в течении 1 секунды
