Beautiful house in a great location but would bring earplugs if visiting on a busy holiday weekend.

Pros: Lovely house in good condition, 4 decent sized bedrooms and easily accommodated a family of five with two adult children. Decent sized-living room and also a nice kitchen which served as a social space for breakfast. Co-Op opposite, most stuff reasonably priced - e,g, bread, milk, coffee. Warm and cosy, very well thermally insulated. Excellent location, got a tram directly to Marken from the airport after midnight (they still run) and it was a very short walk from the tram stop. A very short walk to the town centre and harbour. Also walkable to the furnicular railway to Floje and the cable car to Ulriken. Superb restaurants. Record shop next door and cafe opposite. A beautiful city with lots to do.

Cons: We arrived on boxing day which was also a Friday, the noise from passers-by in the streets went on until 3 or 4am. It was the same on the Saturday and the Sunday (although it started later) but much quieter on the Monday. I would take earplugs if I visited again, it sounded like the people outside were inside the room. I guess as this is a predominantly commercial area the passers-by wouldn't have expected people to be sleeping. I believe a lot of the people making noise would have been staff from restaurants going home. If shopping (at Co-Op) it's worth checking the labels - a cucumber was the equivalent of £3.00! At the excellent restaurants the wine was very expensive (~£100/bottle), this is normal for Norway, drink less and order by the glass was the best option we found.

Great apartment in good location.

Pros: Cosy apartment in a great location, very close to the tram and train station as well as the centre of town. Well equipped kitchen. Communication from the renters was really good particularly the information about the area and suggestions of restaurants and bars.

Cons: Nothing - all good.

Pros: Excellent location. Bybanen ( light railway /tram) direct from airport to a few minutes walk to the apartment. Apartment is right in the centre of Bergen beside City Park. Walking tour & Mostraumen Fjord Cruise were both excellent. Visit Mount Floyen - great views over the city, cafe, restaurant, walking trails , bike hire, play parks & a small herd of very friendly goats. Well worth a visit. Avoid Magic Ice, the ice bar - very tacky, expensive and not worth it. Lovely cafe at the Bergen Kuntshall ( arts centre overlooking the City Park) We had the best smashed avocado on toast!

Cons: Noisy at night (Sat) and in the mornings people walking by pulling trolly cases over the cobbles. Take ear plugs. Comfy beds. Plenty of living space, living room and dining kitchen.

We found this a quality apartment in a charming, central area of the city; perfect family holiday

Pros: Great location just five minutes walk from the Byparken tram stop and less than ten minutes to Bryggen, the funicular and shopping centre/supermarket. The apartment also has a lot of space with kitchen/diner and lounge separate floors so plenty of space for the family to spread out. The host, Ole, was excellent and very helpful answering our questions pre-arrival.

Cons: With the nights being understandably short it would be good if the blinds were dark/blackout

Pros: A lot of space, enough place for big family. New cozy interior. Very nice location. Wonderful administrator. Easy checking in. Comfortable bads

Cons: It was a bit cold in apartment because of huge space and old windows. But heating was working and it wasn't unbearable. It would be nice to have some hooks on the wall in bathroom, or towel dryer, and place to put the toiletries. It was a bit noisy on Saturday night from the street.

Przestronny apartament dla większej grupy w centrum Bergen

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja blisko historycznej części Bergen, tramwaju na lotnisko, w pobliżu marketów. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie. Przestronny apartament z 4 sypialniami, salonem, kuchnią z jadalnią, łazienką. 5-6 osób spokojnie się zmieści. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.Dobre wyposażenie lokalu. Można w nim gotować. Ciepło, wygodnie. Łatwy samodzielny check-in oraz check-out. Apartament jest na 2 poziomach. Są schody.

Cons: Ekspres do kawy nie działał. Szkoda, że ktoś umieścił napisy na ścianie budynku, szpecą ładny domek.

Pros: Maison très propre et agréable, idéalement située en plein centre-ville. Tout est accessible à pied. Supérette juste en face. Communication très facile avec l’hôte.

Pros: Leuk appartement in authentieke centrum van Bergen. Locatie is echt top: bijna alles in Bergen is op loopafstand te bereiken. Op slechts enkele minuten van zowel trein, bus als tram en restaurants en bezienswaardigheden gelegen. Verdeling kamers is prima, praktisch ingericht. Even wennen dat badkamer/toilet en keuken/eettafel zich op zolderverdieping bevinden.

Cons: De bedden waren niet in goede aantal opgemaakt. Een reserveset (onder)lakens had handig geweest. Met een groter aantal gasten is een toilet in de badkamer niet echt praktisch.

Pros: Absolutnie wszystko😁Świetna lokalizacja, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne łóżka. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Dziękuje i polecam☺️
