A really good choice for a budget stay right in the centre of Bergen

Pros: This property is really very good value for money. It's location is brilliant: very quiet but close to mountain railway station, buses, shops/restaurants/bars, the harbour - everytthing really. And a pleasant outlook.

Cons: It was dark when we arrived. We had difficulty finding the exact location, and the release mechanism on the keybox didn't seem to work very well. But a phone call confirmed everything, and we did get in ok! The property would really benefit from a working outside light - the outer front door is in a very dark corner. The step into the shower needs to be mended; broken tiles make this unpleasant and potentially dangerous?

Great location comfy stay

Pros: On the second floor we didn’t have many flights to carry our bags, and so central to everything great hearing , got the washing dry

Cons: It was all good

Pros: Location was great, close to the port and the funicular along with the trams. Beds were comfortable and once we were shown the elevator it made things easier with my elderly mum.

Cons: Nothing...all was good

Pros: Location is great. Hygiene and cleaniness is good. Truly appreciate the host for the early check in and coming by to help when having difficulty opening the lock. We will able to spend the afternoon touring the city.

Cons: Toilet bowl and shower area were too closed and therefore wet and slippery. If toilet slipper is provided would help.

Comfortable flat with good views and access to the centre of Bergen

Pros: Great location near the centre in the Marken 3 apartment block. 5 mins walk to Bryggen. Supermarket and cafe outside front door. View of hills and Festplassen from the balcony. Good communication from the owner in the 24 hours before we arrived. Very clean. All the appliances worked.

Cons: Pictures of interior of the flat we were allocated would have been helpful, although we had no complaints. Be aware no lift to the flat, although stairs were ok. Bedding for sofabed was on an upper shelf in a wardrobe, so took us a little while to find it

Very convenient for exploring the city.

Pros: Very convenient location, our delayed train arrived in the middle of the night, and it was no problem to find it walking there. Close to the Floyen bahn. For our family the 2nd floor was ok for five people as we were out in town mostly. The three normal beds were good, the sleeping-sofa was a bit of work and its mattress not the best anymore. We were missing something and this was easily arranged by contacting the host over sms. Overall, good stay.

Cons: Just do some maintenance. Antifungal spray above the shower cannot hurt! Wifi disconnected many times, it was easier to use my own 5G.

Pros: Amazing central location, only up 2 flights, plenty of room for the 3 of us as used sofa bed too. Good info from host with pointers about taxis etc. Kindly let us dump bags before time to check in which was really helpful too.

Cons: Things that already mentioned - quirky shower set up but hot and good flow. And agree the fridge is noisy and not that effective!

Pros: One of the best thing was the position of the apartment, the room were also big, and there was also one bathroom and a toilet.

Cons: The kitchen was almost empty, we were in four and had only three plates, in addition there wasn't any kind of tea, coffee or spices. Also the curtains were dusty.

Pros: The flat was lovely and clean, and in a very good location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Just a few steps from the city center and all the amenities. Visit the church nearby in the morning between 7 and 9 Mon to Fri, they do family raves with breakfast too!
