Pros: Everything was perfect for a self contained stay... Everything you needed was in perfect and clean working order.. I would 100% stay again if we were to visit again.

Pros: The apartment is cozy in a very beautiful location! It was warm and comfortable! The equipments were handy, bathroom perfect,we felt like home!
Cons: There was a problem with the instructions how to get in the apartment, you have to simplify the instructions with photos in better way,there were so many keys and we didn’t know how to use them. Also a problem with the tv loses very often the signal.

A nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable family stay.
Pros: A nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Many places to eat nearby and a grocery store close by.
Cons: Just a small note: a little cosmetic refresh would make the apartment perfect. We also had some difficulty adjusting the temperature and ventilation due to missing instructions.

Great stay, very comfortable and warm. So close to city but without the expense.
Pros: Locating keys took a while due to the directions. Too far a walk from Damsgard plas to walk with cases in the dark
Cons: Actually finding the apartment- no directions after picking up keys it took us 25 mins to locate it- walk to end of kiwi supermarket and take the lift to the right of the stairs!!!

Pros: The beds, the temperature and the shower of the apparent were excellent. The connections with the public transport and the relative proximity with the center of Bergen were very good. We also liked the nearest with the grocery store, coffe's and the bars. I want to make a special metion about the hospitality and lovely of the janitor.
Cons: Nothing to mention.

Nice comfy apartment just outside the city
Pros: Nice spacious apartment with good transport links by train, tram and bus. Or easy walking into city takes about 30 mins. Nice restaurants around and plenty of supermarkets. Our apartment looked out over the road, but I could only hear noise when windows were opened. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of plates, cups glasses etc. nice big fridge freezer and a washing machine & tumble dryer with pods left for us to use. Directions to pick up keys from lock box were easy to follow. We did struggle slightly opening the main door to the apartment block as it’s not clear where you present the fob. Heating in the apartment was great. Living area was nice to chill in. It was a nice safe base from which to explore Bergen!
Cons: There was no light in the kitchen area, only light was on the extractor fan. The living/kitchen area is open plan so it had some light filtering over from living room spotlights but it was quite dim. The bed was quite uncomfortable, it was too soft and dipped in the middle. And only one small pillow was provided. The shower cubicle was very small considering how large the bathroom was. There was no shampoo or body wash available, but there was washing pods and dishwasher pods. There was also no basics like salt, pepper, oils etc. which you usually find left by previous guests. I left the salt & pepper I bought but whether that gets cleared out or left I’m not sure. The apartment we had didn’t seem to be shown in any of the photos, it was a bit more basic than those shown but it was still nice. Would have been good to have an umbrella available too, seeing as Bergen is known to be so rainy! Just a thought.
