Fully recommended / great location

Pros: Very good location, walking distance to main attractions. Downstairs you can find shops, coffee places etc. Apartment is in very good standard, clean and fully equipped.

Very comfy stay.

Pros: Very easy check-in process. Property very well located and apartment modern and well equipped.

Cons: Bathroom needs some form of extractor fan to handle moisture from shower

Great stay

Pros: This apartment is really well equipped for self catering. It was exceptionally clean. Customer service was excellent aswell. Its nice and central for everything. I know some people have found entry to building difficult, if you follow instructions, its easy enough and you can print off a couple of cards for your room, just on inside of hall way. Room was always nice and warm and lovely shower. I would recommend the trip to the viking village/fjords/flam railway. Its pricey but we loved it, we booked through ‘get your guide’ app. Trip up the venecular is well worth while for the views. We did a walking tour with a local guide, which was very interesting, that was done through ‘get your guide’ too

A comfortable and safe haven to explore Bergen.

Pros: Well located; clean; great drip coffee; secure; well heated

Cons: Checkin was a little confusing….the App didn’t work.

Quiet apartment with easy walk to centre

Pros: This quiet apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and a very well fitted kitchenette was great plus there’s an elevator. I loved the coffee supplied for the great coffee filter pot. It’s in easy walking distance to the centre and there’s a supermarket opposite the fish market.

Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like it, however it’s high tech in terms of property access and controls inside the apartment. Once I worked it all out it was fine!

Enjoyable stay in Bergen.

Pros: Great location, very clean property with good quality kitchen appliances. Good laundry room in the basement which was cheap to use.

Cons: Although very quiet and barely saw any other guests, we were given an attic room with low angled ceilings and only Velux windows for daylight which isn't good as we are both quite tall. Towels were only changed once during our ten night stay and instructions on how to use the appliances were non existent. The pillows which looked very good on first glance were very soft and full of air so didn't give much support. Communication with management is only via email.

Pros: Great location, great facilities, great communication about all the details.

Cons: Could do with being more clear with having to use the card/phone app to ensure the room is locked when you leave.

Pros: Great hotel to stay at, there is nothing I could complain about. Check-in was easy, the apartment was cozy, clean and well prepared for every kind of needs. I would truly recommend:)

Comfortable apartment good for high tech lovers.

Pros: Location was great. Breakfast not included. I liked it was soundproof and praceful.

Cons: For me it was a bit overwhelmingly high tech and impersonal. We could not get in easily and could not work the TV in English nor even the unfamiliar induction stove. Some manuals might have helped.

Pros: The apartment was actually a lot more spacious than the photos showed. Easily could fit both my suitcase and my partners suitcase with plenty of room. The location was great, close to a supermarket and the water/town. The gym was great! Very easy to access the building and room through the app. We loved being able to watch Netflix on the tv. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the coffee brewer was also handy. Laundry facilities were free which was amazing!

Cons: We were a little confused about where to leave our rubbish on check out day as the big skip bin was full but we found the extra bins out the front of the building.
