Great hotel in a good location.

Pros: We had a suite which had plenty of space. Very quiet at night so we slept really well. Excellent breakfast!

Pros: The location in the centre of town was fantastic & the apartment was very comfortable

Love the apartment because of its location. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Pros: Good location, very close to light rail and places of attraction. The apartment also equipped with kitchen and cooking facilities, making it very convenient for preparing meals

Cons: The second time we stayed, the room is bigger and brighter than the first but the stove didn’t work the second night and no follow up from the management

Perfect location, nice kitchen

Pros: Amazing location, walking distance to every main sightseeing point in Bergen! Good room with decent kitchen and bathroom. Got a bit tight for 4 people but very manageable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, beds where ok comfort-wise. They have a baggage room and allow us to quickly eat a couple sandwiches on the lobby after check-out (it was raining outside).

Cons: We had a small problem with the cleaning of one bed - a lot of hair under a pillow - but the receptionist promptly solved it.

Good stay, will consider booking again.

Pros: Size of apartment, short distance from centre of everything.

Nice place, nice location, nice room

Pros: Easy to get into town. Walk or take a bus (day ticket).

Cons: There is no staff, but overall it was also not needed.

Pros: Excellent location. Easy to walk everywhere and to and from the central station with luggage. Comfortable bed and living room area. Great having a separate bedroom and a kitchen. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the heated floor in the bathroom was an added comfort. We would definitely recommend this as a good apartment stay.

Cons: The dishes in the dishwasher hadn’t been washed upon arrival. The dish washer also had a bad smell so my husband cleaned the filter. It would have been ideal if the room had a washing machine (there was plumbing for one in the bathroom). We had to use one in the laundry room. Only one out of three machines was working. We thought we had chosen a short cycle but it took nearly two hours, with us going back and forth to keep checking it. Someone’s wet laundry had been dumped on the counter by another guest and we didn’t want that to happen to our clothes. The first night we could hear music from next door, but it wasn’t too loud. The entrance to the apartment and bathroom had a raised threshold you have to step over. We had to be very mindful of this when going to the bathroom.

Great but slightly problematic... Do

Pros: Actual accommodation was cozy and a central location

Cons: One of the primary reasons we booked the accommodation was the luggage storage services (as per the website information). Unfortunately this only operates during reception hours (9-5). Our tour started at 7.30am so therefore there was no ability to drop off luggage prior and even if we were able to drop off, our tour concluded at 6.30pm which meant there was no opportunity to collect baggage anyway.

Pros: Location was great for staying around central Bergen. Easy to walk to the Christmas markets and down to the harbour.

Cons: The lighting in the rooms are all so dim - which is hard when you're reliant on the lighting due to the late sunrise and early sunset

Great little apartment and great location

Pros: Spacious apartment, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Handy kitchenette with large fridge, dishwasher and stove top but no microwave and had to ask for a toaster. Stowed our luggage on our last day so we could go shopping before we left. Close to the light rail to the airport.

Cons: Very frustrating and complicated to use the lights in the rooms. No microwave.
