Ideal base to experience Jotunheimen!

Pros: Spend there a couple of days, as part of our roadtrip in Norway, with main plan to climb Galdhoppigen 2469m, highest summit of Norway. The house was just so cozy, all wood and stone, modern kitchen, open fireplace and gentle hosts!

Pros: Very nice and well equipped appartement. Very friendly staff and well located.

Cons: The walls/ceiling are very thin and you can hear everything happening upstairs from you.

Pros: Location is monumental, more like a 12/10! Even within this spectacular area. Breathtaking views all around. We stayed 3 nights in one of the 3 family rooms in the main building. Bunk beds but comfy and enough space, plus a private bathroom. Ample shared kitchen facilities and dining / lounge space. The host lady Siw is extremely hard-working, friendly, and will try and solve any issue quickly for you. The other 2 youngsters that worked there were also very friendly.

Cons: The main building sleeps (and feeds) a small army. But like most mountain huts, you tend to hear everything through the wooden floors and walls. When it’s quiet and the other guests are decent, it’s a peaceful island. But it just takes 1-2 inconsiderate people to ruin everyone’s sleep. We experienced both while there (obviously not the fault of the accommodation, but next time I’d try and go for one of the private cabins).

Great location for Galdhøpiggen, very reasonable price (4 person room)

Pros: Big industrial grade kitchen with superfast dishwasher. A lot of spaces to sit inside the main house. Very convenient for Galdhøpiggen.

Cons: There was a big group of American teenager alpine skiiers, so it was crowded.

Pros: Nice sale in a quiet location! Near Lom and Galdhopigen!

Cons: Some improvements that could be made: 1.The attic was a bit dusty. 2.There was a broken chair in the living room. It could be fixed or not be there at all. 3. The side door to the balcony doesn't close properly and lets in cold. 4. No WiFi

Pros: A cozy log house and the kitchen is well equipped.

Lovely romantic weekend

Pros: Great place for a romantic weekend. You can relax in peace and quiet. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. The cottages are spacious, clean, well-kept with new, full equipment in the kitchen. Place for a barbecue. A huge plus for the prepared wood for the fireplace. Nice area, very close to the hiking trail in the mountains. We highly recommend!

Great place.

Pros: We received a large hytte just for two of us. Nice fully equiped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. Just a perfect place for 6-8 people. But there is sleeping space for up to 12 people.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like. All was just great. Only upgrade i can think of is internet access.

Very nice and cousy place.

Pros: Very nice place in the middle of the mountains. There are many hiking trails around. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. You can spend the evening by the fireplace.

Cons: Sound isolation need to be improved.

Great place to stay for Klimapark 2469 and the Sognefjell

Pros: Quiet location, perfectly suited to explore the Galdhøpiggen Sommerskisenter and the Klimapark 2469 as well as the route through Sognefjell. We had a room for 4 with own bathroom in the main building and could use the large kitchen for the house. Very friendly and welcoming!
