Convenient, clean and great value

Pros: Perfect for a stay along the way. The house and rooms keep an older standard, but it is clean and comfortable. Great value for price.

Pros: Great host! Beautiful outdoor area, good spot to take a dip in the river.

Pros: Clean, easy check in, quiet but with few other guests at the same time. Old bathroom, but functional in every way. Very good value for money.

Good views and homely feel

Cons: Location is quite far from anywhere useful, recommend bringing a car, or there is an occasional bus service.

Pros: The hostess made us feel like we were home. Super sweet and the cutest dog! The room cozy and warm. Free parking for our van next to the lake. We were travelling from Bergen to Oslo and needed a stop for a good sleep and nice shower. Totally recommend!

Pros: Nice room with comfortable bed, kind owners. It is located near the road but it wasn’t noisy. No problem with parking. Nice location 😍

Cons: Often painting makes a huge difference. They still need to paint and decorate. The shared bath room / toilet needs to be improved. But it is not dirty. I think they clean every day. If you stay there for one night. Then l would not worry. The two madrasses in one of the rooms are only 70 cm wide. But l slept fine. But had to put the bed next to the wall. Some will maybe dislike that it is close to a main road with a lot of traffic. The river helped. I didn't notice the traffic. They offer ear plugs. But l like the noise from the river.

Pros: Good comfort for the price paid . So nice that there were good quality stuff available for use in refreshment in the shower. . Thoughtful and generous .

Pros: fantastic location and host! Right by the water and on Highway 7.

Pros: The host is super friendly and kind. She explained everything we needed to know and made sure we feel comfortable despite our late arrival. We can recommend this place for a couple nights. We didn't have expectations and it was good enough for us. We would stay here again, when we come back for a visit to Norway.
