A campsite in a wonderful location and with fantastic views.

Pros: Dombas is located in a beautiful spot, with the campsite on a hillside at the edge of the village. From here, there is a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The place is quiet and peaceful, and the campsite is immaculately organized and maintained.

Fantastic place

Pros: Traveled to lots of similar places and they’re usually overpriced and you don’t get much. Here I had the opposite experience. The price was excellent and the place was lovely. Very clean everywhere, very modern bathroom and kitchen and the cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. The location is great and the view is fantastic, especially from the kitchen. They allow pets (I travel with my dog everywhere) and didn’t charge me extra for it like a lot of places do (unfairly so).

Cons: My only complain is lack of warm water in the shower. After 8 hours of hiking I just wanted a warm shower. But I would still visit again.

Pros: The showers and beds were great. The facilities were clean and you had to remove shoes to enter them which kept them clean.

Cons: The cabin was very small for 4 person and the kitchen had a notice saying it closed at 10pm which had us hurry our dinner.

Would stay here again

Pros: When I read all the bad reviews beforehand I was kind of scared staying here. But to my total suprise it is an amazing camping place. The cabin short stabbur i cosy and big, there are enough toilets and showers and the kitchen is very well equipped. The staff is ok. I didn’t really had a lot of contact, so I cannot really say.

Cons: The “no-shoes” situation in the toilets and the kitchen is on paper a good idea. But not when it rains. The area where you leave your shoes is wet and the carpet in front of the door as well. Which means your socks will get wet, thats probably why most people unfortunately kept them on during rainy days which led to dirt inside. There needs to be a better solution.

Fabulous!

Pros: Beautiful location, rustic hut, very clean and beautifully furnished. Great to be on a campsite. Great feeling of freedom. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind however there is a fridge in the hut which is great however no cooking facilities in any other building so be prepared if you are travelling light and hosteling for this.

Overall pleasant stay, value for money! Amazing place with fantastic view!

Pros: Really great experience, cabin house super clean and comfortable with a lot of space! Location is great with amazing views!

Cons: Only missing water in the cabin house but for 1 night you can survive

Pros: The location was a beautiful and it was perfect for a convenient and quick stopover just off the E6 road heading to the north. Easy and comfortable check-in procedure (provided that you contact them telephonically first). The host is responsive and flexible. The bathrooms were super-clean and it was very positive experience staying over.

Pros: Clean, good view and friendly staff. Had a problem with my car stuck in den mud and everybody was trying to help :-)

Cons: No Problems...for sure it's not luxury but perfect for some days!

Good overnight place!

Pros: We really appreciate the good communication. They responded promptly. We were a bit worried not being able to check-in by 10pm so we sent them a message and they replied right away informing us that we can have our keys even after check-in time. The place is almost in central Dombås where you wind groceries, gasoline station, restaurants, etc. Less than 5 minutes drive or less than a kilometer to walk there from the camp.

Cons: Some of the rooms are quite tight and there's only one shower room available though separate for men/women.
