Book this if you can, a fantastic and unique accommodation...

Pros: What a super find and wonderful accommodation... So very different from any other I've stayed in over the past 4 weeks I've been touring Norway. Exquisite and historic, the owners have beautifully and sympathetically restored a property to a superb standard, using and restoring ancient pieces of furniture whilst incorporating it sympathetically with new and modern. Great quality throughout. The location is rural, peaceful and quiet with lots of exploring opportunities nearby. And finally, the super helpful and friendly hosts made this a perfect stay.

Pros: Very welcoming host Hilde, interesting history of the owner family as well as the area where the pilgrimgard is located; beautiful setting, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a stove

Pros: Very sweet hosts, made us breakfast and made us feel welcome. Clean, and kitchen with dishwasher very useful. Beautiful surroundings and great to be able to charge the car.

Cons: Bathroom smells a bit of paint, perhaps a little open window would solve this.

Hyggelig og bra sted.

Pros: Hadde ikke store forhåpninger etter å ha sett dette på nett, men ble veldig gledelig overrasket 😊 Litt utenfor allfarvei, men ved hjelp av GPS gikk det greit å finne veien. Vi ble møtt av en hyggelig dame med ett stort smil, som fortalte oss alt vi trengte å vite. Huset og rommet vi fikk var flott og så nymalt og ordentlig ut. Alt var rent og pent. Det lå også rene håndklær på sengen og badekåper bak døra. Det var bad på gangen og felles kjøkken og oppholdsrom. Enkelt og greit. Neste morgen var frokosten dekket på til oss i stua nede. Det føltes som å være på besøk hos gode venner. Verten fortalte mye om historien fra området og vi fikk en hyggelig start på dagen.

Cons: Litt øde sted. Så litt shabby ut utvendig. Senga og puta var litt for hard etter min smak.
