Voss- Myrkdalen Lodge

Overall it was a fantastic place, and we really enjoyed it!

Pros: We liked the location and the view. We liked the kitchen, and the comfy beds. It was quiet. And we liked the view (Yes, I´m repeating it!).

Cons: Only 1 bathroom on the main floor and bedrooms on a different floor (yes, I knew it when I booked it, but it deserves mentioned as this apperas to be a general problem everywhere in Norway). Wifi did not work, even after calling the owner. We had to call and then mess around to get the heating to work in one room. There was parking but the host suggested that we park down by the street -- DOWN the hill, in the pouring rain. There should be better organized and marked parking spots per apartment (There are 3 at the location, sharing parking).

Pros: The property was spacious, clean and had almost everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The fire alarm was an issue and we had to contact the owner, who provided us with a temporary solution but it seems to be a reoccurring issue. The BBQ on the terrace was missing a grill although it was filled with coal it was all wet since it was raining before our arrival. Would be a good idea to leave it in the sheltered area of the terrace in the future

Pros: Nice location with river view, clean and comfortable place, we enjoy stay.

Casa tranquila con vistas preciosas

Pros: Destacar las vistas, la comodidad, la tranquilidad y la ubicación

Cons: Nos quedamos sin cobertura por una tormenta y no pudimos buscar cómo encender la sauna, lo ideal sería poner instrucciones de cómo usarla

Apartament amb vistes ideal per a families.

Pros: El lloc, el paisatge i l'ubicació a prop de les riutes dels fiords. Apartament és gran i ben equipat.

Cons: La instal.lació elèctrica fallava sovint quan engegàvem la cuina. Està tocant a la carretera i se sent el soroll dels cotxes.

Apartament molt ben situat, tranquil , comode i molt net.

Pros: l´apartament es increible, tot molt net i amb totes les comoditats, les vistes del llac eren increibles. molta llum i els llits molt comodes. bon punt per fer excursions

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht, dafür sehr gut

Pros: Alles sehr sauber Küche war gut ausgestattet Check-in ohne Probleme Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür

Cons: Matratzen der Betten für mein Empfinden zu weich 2 Kühlschränke waren eingeschaltet, von denen nur einer richtig funktionierte (1 hätte vollkommen ausgereicht -- Stromkosten) Nähe an der Hauptstraße könnte störend für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf sein

Pros: Mooi huis, mooie plek. Helaas waren we alleen op doorreis en zijn we maar kort geweest

Cons: Pittig aan de prijs

Pros: Et dejligt hus med dejlige senge. God anvisning til at finde stedet.

Cons: Da vi ankom var der beskidt service i opvaskemaskinen og spisebordet ikke tørt af. Der var også kun 2 spiseskeer og 1 teske i huset. Vi ringede til udlejer om de manglende skeer. Efter 10 min bankede det på døren, men desværre en medarbejder der hverken kunne dansk, norsk eller engelsk. Han havde håndklæder og sengetøj med, men ingen skeer. Jeg prøvede at fortælle ham vi manglede skeer. Han lavede et opkald og gik. 5 min efter kom ham igen og gik i gang med at starte opvaskemaskine og tømme skraldespand??? Han ville op og skifte sengetøj, men det var gjort så vi fik ham stoppet. Da jeg så viste ham et billede af en ske forstod Han og kom tilbage med 6 teskeer. De almindelige spiseskeer fik vi aldrig.

We liked the cabin location and enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Our family really enjoyed staying at the cabin and looking at the lake across the lake and the mountains.

Cons: Would have liked to have instructions on using the washer and dryer. The stovetop sensor kept beeping and needed a fuse reset. Parking was bit challenging on the steep lawn which needed to be mowed.
