7 person holiday home in STRYN-By Traum

Pros: The place is very quiet and has a spectacular view. Spacious cabin with most of ye needed equipment for cooking and dining including BBW and an indoor Fireplace. 15 minutes from Stryn, the main town ofbthe erea. And 15 minutes drive from other popular trekking sites. Owners are very cooperative and nice.

Cons: The place offers paid cleaning or self cleaning option. We got the house not very clean. Maybe due to other people who used it previously. The pre check in contact with the owners wasnt vey good Via BOOKING - and the Dan center agengy is not supplying the needs. However, when we addressed the owner via WhatsApp? Communication was good.

Great apartment (consisting of two top floors of a chalet) right on the lake

Pros: Beautiful chalet, with great views. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Parking space in front of the door. Very friendly and flexible owner (we arrived much later than expected, he left the keys on the door for us but still had to come later to bring bedsheets and towels)

Cons: Bathroom on first floor very small, and the shower was out of order so could not be used. The one in the basement was fine though. You have to bring your own bedlinen and towels, otherwise you are obliged to rent them from the owner (170NOK per person). This is not indicated in the description on the Booking page, so comes as a slightly unpleasant surprise. Paying for sheets and towels does not feel in line with the otherwise excellent experience that the chalet offers. They should simply include this service in the rental and increment the price accordingly, as does everyone else.

Definately would stay here again next time in the area (stryn/loen/olden).

Pros: Great view, close to loen skylift and other tourist attractions. Grocery approx 15 km away. Well equipped cabin suitable for cooking and comfortable stay.

Pros: The house is located in a very nice area, with river view. The house is clean and lovely. It is just 12 minutes drive to Stryn center. The owner is very helpful. I totally recommend this house.

Pros: The location of the house is just amazing! Waking up and having a coffee with the view of a cascade and the fjord is just extraordinary. You also have the possibility to take the boat of the owner and row on the fjord. The house was fully equipped with everything. The owner provided us with great tips for two hikes around which we did and which were stunning.

A Peaceful stay with the beauty of the Fjord and surrounding countryside!!

Pros: Loved all the wood and craftsmanship. Liked that the property was just outside of town and not surrounded by a lot of other cabins.

Cons: We have no complaints
