A really lovely apartment perfectly set up to provide a great base for touring.

Pros: The location was a little out of Alesund, but was a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great parking and the very comfortable apartment we stayed in over the garage had great views and plenty of light and privacy. It was beautifully decorated, very welcoming and had everything one might need. There was plenty of local information provided and we wished we could have stayed for longer. We needed to wash some clothes and, although the owners were not around at the time, they fixed it so that we could use their laundry anyway.

Spacious, comfy and well designed retreat with wonderful hosts…

Pros: Surprisingly spacious, well designed retreat above the garage. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished - makes us wonder what we need all our space for back home! Lovely and welcoming hosts with a great knowledge and ideas for exploring the area. A quick and enjoyable ferry ride away from Ålesund with free parking at the ferry terminal, so no need for city car parks. A wonderful stay - we will be back one day!!

A lovely place

Pros: Beautiful little loft, tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a confortable stay. Gracious, welcoming hosts, with lots of attention to detail. Lovely atmosphere, with nice surroundings, both in nature and in furnishings.

Pros: A very nice and cozy place to stay. Good quiet area and everything you need is there.

Cons: Small observation: In the description it was written that there is also a washing machine - unfortunately there was not. It would be recommended to place a washing machine with a dryer in the bathroom (two machines in one). Then visitors could wash or dry their clothes if necessary.

Pros: The studio flat had everything you could possibly want. Very quiet location and welcoming hosts. We were only there one night but would have liked to stay longer!
