Pros: The facilities were perfect. Very clean apartment and all facilities which you need are there. Perfect.

Modern, superbly equipped, really a studio flat

Pros: Clean, modern, best equipped of our 4 stop stay in Norway. Very quiet night. No neighbour noise, no traffic, just the tinkle of rain! Bergen has more rainy days than any European city, allegedly. Bring a poncho. Super kitchenette, hob,oven, microwave, coffee filter machine, filters and coffee. Some herbs and spices etc. More crockery than you would ever need. Frying pan, saucepans and kitchen tools a plenty. Dishwasher and tablets. Wet room bathroom WC with shampoo and other toiletries. Washer dryer.

Cons: No door for the bedroom - it’s a studio. Suggest fitting a sliding door on the inside of the bedroom for light/privacy. I’m an early riser, if I turn on lights in the living area I’ll disturb my wife. I’m writing this from the beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating :-) Haven’t counted the steps up, pretty sure it’s not as many as suggested, but if a challenge with a shared 20kg bag. Maybe in daylight we’d have found a way around the steps. It’s 1k or more to the centre- I don’t mind that at all - we’re walkers and you get to see the real city. You know where it is when you book!

Very cozy and clean place, would come back again

Pros: Very cozy and calm design, we loved the layout and interior of the place. The place came with everything you could think of (living essentials).

Cons: It was a bit of a hike up the hills coming from the station in the rain, but was definitely worth it.

Great flat for short stay in Central Bergen

Pros: Spotless ,Quiet, good location, up to date utilities.

Cons: We were a bit cold - possibly because we did not know how the air conditioning (?) worked. A few instructions on how this and other utilities would be handy for those of us not used to them. Also could not find how to switch on extractor over hob - maybe it wss automatic and very quiet!

Great place to stay

Pros: A brilliant location, really quiet area but within walking distance of the centre, city sights, restaurants, tram and a supermarket. Really comfy bed, we had one of us on the bed settee and that was comfy too. Great walk in shower, well equipped.

Waiting for a Hurtigruten cruise from Bergen

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Bergen. There was a supermarket / food shop in a 5-10min walk down the hill. The waterfront and UNESCO heritage area were all walkable, as was the Bergen Aquarium. In the near vicinity were restaurants. The coffee was the nicest brewed coffee that we had in our travels!

Cons: The bus service to this area was limited. Whilst it rains in Bergen, we were there during a rain event. Bus schedules / routes weren't any quicker than walking in the rain.

Comfortable!

Pros: Really well-equipped! We appreciated having the washing machine (with dryer setting and a clothes rack provided). Kitchen was also great with oil, basic seasoning, and dry goods available. The host was lovely and accommodating, promptly replying to our messages and letting us check-in earlier.

Cons: Table was small for 3 people but not a big problem.
