Feel at home in Bergen

Pros: The flat is a perfect size for 2. It had everything we needed and more. Despite being located in the very center, it was a very quiet spot (it can get noisy at night but windows had very good sound isolation). We were welcomed with fresh pastry, which was very thoughtful. There are travel guides available in the flat, also Thomas has shared some interesting fact upon arrival. Overall, Thomas was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved our stay here and can def recommend it!

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Location - one od the best I have ever been.Top Top Top - great history of the building itself. An excellent contact with the owner of the apartament. Great attention to the details in the kitchen- there was everything to preparat food. An excellent and unexpected welcome with local bread and pastries which were prepared in he kitchen.

Lovely

Pros: Great location easy access to sights and great host. Left us guide books to use and this showed us architecture on buildings which we loved

Cons: The first night Saturday night was noisy from local establishments but no problems sleeping with ear plugs

Pros: Very well equipped apartment, and Thomas the host was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the place and recommendations of things to do, as well as very comprehensive instructions about the apartment, and even a goody bag of baked goods on our arrival! Location was perfect, so much around and very centrally located.

Pros: Location was fabulous.. Key code entry.. Extremely well stocked up apartment plus complimentary breakfast items presented upon check in.. Host was very responsive and prompt.. And courteous..

Cons: As already mentioned in most of the prior reviews, the homeless people hanging out close by to the apartment.. Even Though they don’t trouble you, but you still can’t be confident about the whole situation.. Stairs leading upstairs to the apartment on the first floor..

Everything as expected from listing, excellent host, good stay

Pros: Great amenities and the generous gift of a delicious loaf of bread and two pastries was much appreciated Apartment was cosy on a cold weekend shower pressure excellent, laundry facilities good kitchen well equipped bed v comfortable able to watch the Euros football on the tv! Easy to get to and super close to the Bryggen area and Floybanen terminal

Cons: only issue was the lurking local druggies in the small square between apartment and church but we knew to expect them and once the windows were closed we couldn’t really hear the shouting (we were there over a Fri and Sat nights) they really kept to themselves and didn’t hassle us at all

Great stay in beautiful,historical, friendly Bergen

Pros: Beautiful old street in the historic centre. Great location, close to transport, sights, ferry terminal, Floysbanen railway. Great contact with the host. Street flushed with water every morning, drug addicts pay no attention to tourists

Cons: The shower door and the button in the cistern should be repaired

Relaxing!

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean and very well furnished. To top it all off, the location couldn't get any more central. Don't get disheartened by comments regarding junkies. They weren't a nuisance, and the location and quality of the apartment more than make up for it. In one minute (!) you're at the fishmarket, the Floyensbanen, and at Bryggen. Thomas was extremely helpful, I highly recommend his place to travellers seeking to discover Bergen.

Cons: Nothing that I can remember.

Pros: Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Besonders die zentrale Lage war perfekt, man konnte alles in Bergen bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons: Alles war wunderbar.
