We will definitely use the property again.

Pros: Loved the location and ease of access with keypads. It was very quiet, spacious. It has great facilities with everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: We felt the mattress was in the soft side and the lighting in the bedroom didn’t really work properly and despite raising the issue we didn’t get a response.

Pros: the place, the property, all the utensiles all good perfect

Cons: the stair to the patio a little slippery when its snowing and the water stuck a little beetween the wood. but its ok and normal i think.

Pros: In principle a cozy and comfortable apartment with a nice roof terrace overlooking much of the city and the environs.

Cons: I was a bit taken aback by lacking lighting in the sleeping room and completely torn and immovable shades towards the balcony and the terrace. A nice place such as this should be well maintained, no semi collapse. Also, the price is OK for a well kept comfy place, but not for one that seems to have been ignored and mistreated lately. This is a bit too harsh perhaps, because this is really a nice place, potentially comfortable (if the lighting were OK and the shades in order), and very well located. I also sensed that the tel. number for the management organisation (in the UK and not in Bergen? 044) had an AI bot to respond to my messages. If so, no wonder lighting and shades got never repaired, it's not what a chatbot can do.

Pros: Very Nice appartment, perfectly situated in a charming neiborhood in the center Bergen, with lots of space and the commodities needed to femme at home. Walking distance of everything point of interest of the city. We realy enjoyed our stay !

Pros: The apartment was nice. You can feel a human touch inside. Cozy atmosphere and peaceful surroundings—just the setting for a quiet evening and a film like Oslo, August 31st.

Cons: I spent five days here. To be honest, I never met Jonas in person—our communication was entirely through online messages. It could have been Jonas, someone else, or perhaps even a chatbot. When I checked in, I noticed several dirty dishes in the dishwasher unwashed but couldn’t find any dishwashing soap or detergent. I contacted Jonas the next day, and he responded quickly, saying he had already asked the housekeeping team to deliver some. Unfortunately, nothing was ever brought. As another guest also noted in a previous review, the experience felt a bit mechanical and impersonal. Despite the sleek automation and great Wi-Fi, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was chatting with a well-programmed bot—polite, prompt, and possibly not human. Was it Jonas? An assistant? His behind-the-scenes sidekick? A hospitality bot with excellent manners? AI? We’ll never know. We’ll never know. I half expected my checkout code to be signed off by ChatGPT. Perhaps the future of hospitality is already here—just don’t forget your own dish soap.

Great place, Great location

Pros: Location is fantastic, in a lovely quiet place, nice walking distance to the train station 15 /20 min, easy to walk into main centre 5 -10 min stroll. Apartment is great plenty of room, lots of storage, kitchen is well equipped & a washing machine. with the lovely roof top for a view & on a cold night a tile fire. Local mini supermarket 2-4 min walk. Host is very attentive if you need anything.

Pros: The property was nicely located. We rly enjoyed our stay. The view from terrace was very impressive for us. We took lots of photos :D The underfloor heating in the bathroom was very convenient in these cold days :D
