Pros: Sentral beliggenhet med flott utsikt! Åpen og lys leilighet! Kjekt med badstu!

Cons: Litt trang spise krok! Kunne vært stoler som tar mindre plass! Sofaen kan trenge en oppgradering! Litt vanskelig å fyre i peisen slik stolene nå står
