Runde Miljøsenter & Opplev Runde

Pros: View is amazing, staff are friendly, apartments are big. Good location at Runde.

Cons: The rooms were cold, and radiators didn't do much to help. The showers were cold, too, and really wished to heat up a bit after a hike.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and very convenient. Had everything we needed and was nice and warm.

We will DEFINITELY come back

Pros: A stunning view from the windows overlooking the sea, very comfortable beds , well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, free parking next to the apartment, fish soup in the restaurant, the museum upstairs, sheep, puffins and the whole Runde island

Cons: I love it all, please consider a washing machine if not in the apartments, then perhaps in the Center?

Nice place to stay

Pros: Everything is fine: the apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Finally, you have an excellent sea view from your apartment. If you like birds you can easily have a stroll in the surroundings you have plenty of opportunities of seeing lots of them. And the cliff of puffins is not far away.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay.

Pros: Great place if you are coming for birdwatching. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The hosts were super helpful. We enjoyed the fish soup!

Cons: The only issue was with the blinds... we wish there were blackout blinds/curtains.

Runde is beautiful and the stay at Miljøsenter is a fantastic choice! Thank you!!

Pros: The location was great. Close to the water, nice view, not far from the hike to the bird cliffs. The staff was amazing - we had a few special requests while we were there and they kept helping us and wanting to do more and more to assist.

Cons: The curtains (like in all of the Nordics) don't seal out the light so there was a lot of light in the room from very early in the morning.

Pros: The apartment was very impressive. Its seems they gave a lot of thought to every detail We had a great time there

Best accomodation on Runde in all aspects!

Pros: New, very well-equipped apartment! Amazing panorama from all apartments. The best price-value not even on Runde, but overall in Norway. Harder to find toilet-less small houses for the same price and this is amazing. It's the best place if you would go out to see puffins.

Cons: The apartment is well isolated for colder weather, so in summertime the air circulation feels a bit weak, but then you can open doors and windows to let fresh air in.

Great stay at the Center

Pros: We stayed two nights at the Center. The apartment was very nice, quite big, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed a nice terrace in front of the sea. We visited the center and found it really interesting, especially the film which is great ! Friendly and helpful staff. All in all, we really loved our stay on Runde Island !
