Great!

Pros: Good location, friendly and helpful staff! We had an issue with the hob (embarrassingly from human error) and they quickly sent a maintenance person to help us out so we were able to cook breakfast in time for checkout. Access to the pool, spa, and sauna was awesome! I could imagine it would be great after skiing all day too.

Cons: Beds weren't made up, but maybe that's normal...

Pros: Nicely designed apartment with a beautiful balcony, all very trendy and new. Washing maschine. Easy self check-in and -out. Indoor pool with whirlpool and sauna. Lots of parking outside. Great bakery inside the hotel. Close to tourist info and shops.

Cons: The landscaping is still unfinished and the kitchen utensils were not all clean.

Beautiful and very good value for money

Pros: It was excellent value for money and we really enjoyed all of the facilities. We loved the swimming pool and fitness centre. The apartment was well designed and appointed. We managed to use the EV charger overnight which was convenient. The pizza restaurant was delicious although expensive.

Cons: The beds were quite soft which didn’t suit my husband but my sons liked them. The check in was bizarre. No person to check in, just a terminal and when it didn’t work I had to check in at the cafe!! No one to call when the dishwasher didn’t work properly (it turns out you need to turn the switch on the left side of the tap to make the water work!)

Perfect situation and views, amazing apartment and very kind personal

Pros: The situation, the Beds, the pool and the surprise for us it was the jacuzzi, the views from the appartment. Everything was amazing, and the restaurant with delicious food. The personal is very kind and helpful

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Highland Lodge. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the large wardrobe, which made it easy to organize my things. The kitchen had a great layout with a big fridge, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The location was also very convenient, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a lovely place with a cozy atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable.

Cons: As someone who enjoys cooking, I found the kitchen equipment a bit lacking. The range hood was greasy and didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly in a while. The frying pan was quite worn, and there was only one proper knife for chopping. A few updates to the kitchen utensils and a deep clean of the cooking area would really improve the experience for guests who like to prepare their own meals

5-star Country Lodge

Pros: Beautiful 5-star accommodation with everything. Such a warm, homely feel. The lodge is amazing, and everything is new.

Pros: Lovely clean and spacious accommodation. Very large. Everything worked. Check in machines worked.

Cons: Blind in bedroom doesn't keep sun out. Bed not made. No staff for check-in....so couldn't score the question, 'How were the staff.'

Home in geilo

Pros: Location and view from our apartment.. Well equipped Kitchen Nice decor Clean rooms. Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi was exceptional.

Cons: construction work during our stay

Pros: Really lovely apartment, plenty of space, comfortable seating and dining. The seating area outside a bonus With regard to hotel bar/restaurant, just superb, the staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful and food there excellent

Cons: Found for a ski apartment, great lack of space for clothing. Absolutely no hanging rail nor were there drawers. There were pegs for jackets etc in hall but nothing in bedroom

Great location, a few small areas for improvement but in general a great stay. Would return!

Pros: Excellent location. Unbeatable! We also really liked the bakery and restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The shower was excellent and we appreciated the products. It was great to have an apartment with a kitchen and living room.

Cons: The slope down to the apartments was very icy and quite dangerous. I fell over (I am not used to walking on ice but I am very sporty!). It really needs gritting more effectively in the winter. Also the sauna area was full of kids both times we tried to enjoy it. At one point the Jacuzzi had 6 kids, one with a snorkel and an inflatable. We felt there should be a window of time when the sauna area is adult only. We had to unload the dishwasher on arrival. It was completely full of clean things. Also one of the bedrooms was very small. the bed touched the wall at each end so you couldn't walk past it. We felt there should have been a hairdryer in the apartment.
